A fun and educational tour awaits our guests who want to discover the most popular historical and traditional stops on the island of Kos. If you are interested in history, Kos should definitely be on your list.
We start our tour with a comfortable bus that will pick you up from the port. Our first stop is the International Hippocrates Foundation in Kos, the birthplace of Hippocrates, the father of medicine. In this museum, you will learn detailed information about Hippocrates' work in the field of medicine, medicinal plants, and medical instruments of the period. This small but impressive museum sheds light on Kos' scientific heritage.
Then, we transfer to Zia Village, located at the foot of Dikaios, the island's highest mountain, and famous for its magnificent views. Here, you will have approximately 1 hour of free time.
During this time, you can:
Stroll through the traditional stone streets
Visit souvenir shops
Browse local arts and crafts
We recommend you don't leave without tasting Zia's famous homemade lemonade.
After your free time, we board the bus again and head to the final stop of the tour, the Hippocrates Tree. Believed to be the spot where Hippocrates taught his students, this historic site is one of Kos's most iconic landmarks. After a short visit and photo stop here, we complete our tour and return to the port.
Pricing and included services will be available soon.
